Improving your Eyesight with Eye Exercises

One of the most common medical condition you are likely to observe nowadays is a poor eyesight and whether you see them at home, at work or at school, people who use eye glasses and contact lenses nowadays are unavoidable already. Having eyes glasses and lenses are the most common resort that people are turning to when they have poor vision but actually, wearing prescription glasses and lenses only worsens their vision without them even knowing it. Blinking is one form of eye exercise especially because it staying long hours in front of the computer is a good way to destroy your vision according to some magazines I have read. At first, I thought radiation was the main cause as to why staying too long in front of the computer damages our eyes, but then I found it is not only that and the lack of blinking which we usually do when we focus more on the words that we read in the computer, can also damage our vision by drying it up when we forget to blink. So, as a suggestion, we should make it a point to not forget to BLINK from time to time even when we are so focused on the computer screen.

You can also exercise your eyes through palming and this method may require your hands to be a little warm and you can do this by rubbing both hands together to create friction. Using your palm, cover your eyes as well as circumcise and relax your thoughts. Circumcision can also be applied to our minds and to have it circumcised means cleansing it and freeing it from all the negative things inside it that it is thinking about.

Now, the process of staring at a dot or a comma for a long time and focusing your concentration to that dot alone is called the dot exercise. There will be fuzziness and blurriness in your vision but all you need to do is close your eyes a bit and then afterwards, you can keep doing the process with a more relaxed eyes and this time, you will consider blinking too. There is better and clearer vision when your eyes are relaxed.

There are numerous eye exercises to improve eyesight and when you practice these methods, you can expect that your vision will be enhanced for a longer period of time. It pays when you explore new alternatives for medical conditions such as your poor vision and people must learn to try other methods aside from the traditional methods as who knows, new methods may be the best solution for them without spending a big amount of money.
